Myths & Gifts of Introversion
Last week I did a Q&A with Morra Aarons-Mele about her new book Hiding in the Bathroom and it left me with more questions and insights related to the myths and gifts of introversion (and I was super interested in the gifts because introversion is often portrayed as a negative thing). I was so excited to follow up on these questions and insights during this week’s Facebook Live! And I would be delighted if you’d share this with an introvert friend (or 10!); because how perfect is it that you can tune into this without dealing with other human beings?
Stuff I mentioned during the livestream
- Belmont Books
- Hiding In The Bathroom (Morra's book)
- Women Online (Morra's agency)
- Morra's WNYC interview How To Succeed If You're An Introvert (OMG that man looks so sad!)
- Quiet by Susan Cain
- The Introvert Advantage by Marti Olsen Laney
- The Four Tendencies by Gretchen Rubin (and the Edit Your Life podcast episode on the topic)
