Calling All Massachusetts Nonprofits!

There is something I have been wanting to do for a while, and #GivingTuesday inspired me to get it live today!

So here's the thing (and I'm going to speak really plainly). I receive hundreds of pitches every week from different brands and nonprofits who want to be featured on this site. I intersect with brands selectively, and on the nonprofit side, I always feel torn. I would love to help everyone given that I know that many small nonprofits have little to no marketing budget. But the reality is, I just don't have the time to feature everything, and not everything that comes my way is a fit. So I figured a systematic process would help make at least a regular feature come to life.

Enter, the Boston Mamas Massachusetts Nonprofit Spotlight series! As a way to give back to the community, I am kicking off a recurring spotlight series on Massachusetts nonprofits. Once a month I will spotlight a different Massachusetts nonprofit on this blog (and tag the nonprofit across various social media channels). In a nutshell, I know that my editorial space and social accounts are valuable and I want to donate that digital real estate once a month in order to shine a light on great work that is happening in this fine state to help those in need.

So if you work for, or know of, a wonderful nonprofit that you feel is deserving of feature, please APPLY TO BE FEATURED!
